Before you buy a Leo&Ella baby car mirror, check one thing: what kind of headrest your rear seat has. The two mirrors hold on in different ways, and the right one depends on whether there's a gap under the headrest.
Two Headrests, Two Mounts
Most rear seats have a headrest that slides up and down on two metal posts, leaving a gap between the headrest and the seatback. The Adjustable mirror uses that gap: it has two straps with buckles, one around the headrest and one over the top and back under it, through the gap. Buckled tight, it stays put on bumpy roads.
Tesla seats, and some other cars, mold the headrest into one piece with the seatback. There are no posts and no gap, so there's nowhere to thread a strap under. The Tesla & Fixed mirror skips straps entirely: a continuous elastic loop slides over the headrest like a sleeve and grips it all the way around. No buckles, no Velcro, no tools.

Look at the back of your rear seat. Two metal posts with a visible gap under the headrest means Adjustable. One continuous seatback with no gap, like most Teslas, means Tesla & Fixed Headrest.
