Returns and exchanges
We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and we want you to be thrilled with them, too! If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can exchange unused products or return them for a full refund.
Products can be returned for a full refund to the original payment method for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products can be exchanged for another item for up to 120 days from the purchase date. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds/exchanges are not issued until the return has been received at our fulfillment center and inspected for wear & tear.
In the rare case where the same product is not available we will provide flexible options to make sure you’re happy with the final outcome.
We only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly from leoella.com If you purchased your Leo&Ella™ product from another retailer, please contact them for their return policies.
The shipping fee is nonrefundable.
